4.6 hay, grass, leaves, pale, clear, minimal head, white foam, medium bitterness, lightly sour, light body, thin feel, soft carbonation.
3.3 Can from Beer52. Decent IPA/ session ale with fruity citrus notes from Mosaic hops, however lacked carbonation and was slightly watery. Would not rush back to it.
2.8 Session ipa, not strong tasting and quite nice but nothing outstanding
3.4 Canned session IPA (or APA) by Wild Beer Company, hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo. Thick and frothy, foamy, eggshell-white, membrane-lacing, stable head, misty 'dirty orangey' golden robe with ochre and olive greenish shades. Aroma of dried grapefruit peel, dried leek, toasted onion, dry crackers, burnt garlic, toasted peanuts, dry green peppercorns, dried celery, olive oil, persimmon peel, bread crust, ground mustard seed. Clean onset, restrained in any sweetness and at first remaining quite neutral, apart from light green banana and unripe peach accents; light green olive-like umami hint as well, all quite softly carbonated, with supple, slender mouthfeel. Cracker- and toasted peanut-like malt body, dryish and more tilted towards bitterness than sweetness; quinine-like, very grapefruity, long and spicy hop bitter finish, with the toasty aspect of the malts subtly accentuating the bitterness. Very dry, slender, sleek session IPA, a pleasant enough quencher on a warm evening and I understand why Wild Beer needs an everyday quencher for commercial reasons, but the great strength of this brewery remains their experiments with 'wild' ingredients and fermentations.
3.7 Light, hoppy, bit citrusy, fairly carbonated, not much aftertaste. Quite drinkable
3.3 330ml can from Sainsbury’s, Epsom. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma of fruit and malt. Similar taste. Bittersweet finish. A bit toned down from some of the hyped stuff and no worse for it.
3.2 September 9, 2019 - with lagerloather - The Lamb & Flag - handpull cask. Clear refractive amber-gold with a smallish white head (4-). Gentle aroma with a hint of cranberry - mostly a malty grassy pale ale (7-). Taste is ... earl grey tea with lemon! over standard pale ale/golden backing. Weird but not bad. (not cranberry)
3.8 330 ml bottle. Pours clear golden with medium head. A: hoppy, citrusy, Malty T: medium carbonation and body, malty, bitter, smooth
4.1 Blueberry damsel type nicely balanced with malt, is the flavour due to mosaic hops?
3.5 330ml can brewed in England at 4.2%. Good-sized, OK-duration head. Clear orange amber. Slight hop resin aroma. Low carbonation. Some nice hoppiness, bit vegetal, slight tangerine, and shades of mango. Then something between a brown bread and a biscuit malt in the finish - this, along with the good mouthfeel, is probably due to the added oats. All in all, a very respectable Pale Ale, and the flavour-to-ABV ratio, for a supermarket offering no less, really can't be faulted. Just be sure you like Mosaic hops, I suppose!
3.4 Hazy amber body with an off-white head. Strong aroma of sweet and overripe tropical fruits, burnt sugar, ora marmalade, and caramel. This smells like a session imperial IPA! Strong flavour that follows the aroma. Light sweet taste with a light bitter grapefruit zest finish. Rather light-bodied, dry and smooth texture, moderate carbonation. Surprisingly good! [33 cl can, enjoyed 5 months before BB date, from Meny Bjølsen, Oslo]
2.2 7/20 easy drinking and decent taste considering the abv - just not a great taste. one dimensional mosaic
3.0 Slight Citrus / pine taste. Not much of an aftertaste. Drinkable seems quite carbonated
3.3 Amber color, white head. Citrus nose, fruity, melon, papaya, caramel, malty. Fruity taste, peach, melon, pineapple, malty, with caramel, light bitterness. Light body, soft carbonation. 6, 4, 6, 4, 13
3.8 (20/11/19) Half pint on tap at The Banker, Cannon Street, London. Hazy golden orange with a white head. Aroma of orange, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits and pine. Taste similar to aroma with a dry, bitter finish. Very juicy. Medium body. Well made session IPA. Would I drink it again? Yes.
3.4 mooie session ipa, toffe kruidigheid, veel tropisch fruit waarvan ananas misschien zelf het best uitkomt
3.4 Tea like, grassy, mosiac hops, malty, grainy, refreshing, light smoky, yellow, hazy, white beer head, ok retention . Comfortable experience.
3.5 33cl can from Beerwulf webshop. F: big, egg-white, creamy, good retention. C: deep gold, hazy. A: sweet orange, tangerine, mellow tropical fruits, caramel, pine touch. T: light malty base, tangerine, orange, bit tropical fruits, light caramel, easy drinkable, good long lasting harmonic bitterness, very refreshing, good one, enjoyed.
1.9 Je l'ai trouvé très mauvaise, limite avec une erreur dans sa production... Je la regouterai certeinement une autre fois... LA petite absinthe à Orléans
3.4 Canned. 10cl sample. The aroma has floral tones, stone tropics. Slightly hazy coloured beer with a thin, white head. The taste is light- moderate bitter, has some malt sweetness. Light bodied, easy.
3.6 Hazy gold. Large head with medium retention. Aroma intensity 3.75/5. In the nose, paint, raspberry, flowers, cut grass, notes of pear and spices. Medium bitter. Light body
3.4 Tap at Frisches Bier. Light hazy golden, off-white cream. Nice fruity citric and tropical nose. Mellow medium light, lightly chalky body. Quick fruit finish, bergamotte and apricot. Easy drinker.
3.5 Appearance is amber, with a small white clingy head. Aroma- hops, pineapple, citrus fruit, orange and grapefruit juice. Taste- fruity, creamy hops, caramel hints, pineapple hints, soft fluffy bitter hops.
3.4 Tap in Ealing, 18th June 19. Pours a dark straw colour. Aroma is light citrus, slight pine. Taste is bitter forward, citrus, light grapefruit, a little watery, but full flavour
3.4 Canned 330ml. -from Pivoteka Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, fruity herbal nose. Sweetish malty, citrusy, light fruity and herbal with light bitterness in the finish. Simple and ok.
3.3 Can, 0.33l. Hazy copper/amber pour, one finger soapy white head. Medium lasting, good retention and lacing on the glass. Mostly fruity nose with herbal grassy background. Thin body, medium to high carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel, not as watery as expected, somewhat chewy. Mild bittersweet taste, more on the sweet side actually. Refreshing nonetheless. Aroma follows the nose, citruses combined with grassy hops and herbs, mild grainy, mild peppery. Malty caramel background. Short finish, a bit dry. Good. Flavorful for the ABV.
3.4 Pivo u limenci. Popijeno u Gourmet Shopu & Tasting Roomu "Pötãman" u Premanturi.
3.1 Clear golden body with a small, vanishing, white head. Aroma is fruity and citrusy. Taste is malty, some cereals, then come the citrus hops. Mild dry and zesty finish. Medium body, soft carbonation, oily texture.
3.6 Colore ambrato, schiuma media persistente, media carbonazione.
