3.5Bottle shared at a tasting. Clear very pale yellow, almost water color, no head. Green apples, wood, Brett, white wine, dill, lactic, quite crazy combination. Light-bodied, very dry. Interesting.
3.7At a tasting, many thanks, almost no head, hazy pale yellow color, aroma of white wine and brine, flavor of cucumber brine with some dill and apple and some more fruit, medium sourness. Unusual but highly enjoyable.
3.2Bottle. Tart apples, unripe whitecurrant, tart gooseberry, dry white wine, subtle wild yeast notes. Tart, dry, fruity. Solid.
2.9Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Thanks zvsn & rayaron. Pale golden, white wine-like color. Farty, pickled vegetables, dill pickles, apples, tart and a bit sweetish. Weird.
3.8Bottle. Lightly sparkling pale gold body with a light haze. No head. Lemon, lime, citrus, slightly funky barnyard aroma, bread, corn, sour cherry, white wine. Very sour and tangy. Dry finish. Very refreshing. Very fizzy. Like Rose's lime and sparkling water or a light sparkling white wine. Excellent.
3.3Pours an opaque light yellow with no head. Aroma is a sour vinegar smell. Taste is tart but not real sour. Overall an ok sour taste is better than the smell and easy to drink.
3.9Bottle at home. Pours straw yellow - high apparent carbonation. Aroma is lactic sour / yoghurt-y.
In the mouth fairly gentle tang with sweet and tart apple notes. Good solid sourness. The palate is rich and again fairly yoghurt-y, although don't know if i'm being primed by description
Finish is more of the same, moderate-length.
Overall, pretty good - bold and tangy, fairly easy drinking (if you like sour beers as much as I do...)
Not sure why this is rated so poorly!
4.00.33 l bottle brought by Višnja and Goran Pilot. Cloudy pale greenish. Small white head. Sour cucumber or other vegetable. Vinegar. Very sour, almost extremely. Intense, although no complexity. Medium body, soft carbonation, strong warm sour finish. Beyond puckering.
3.3(on tap)
Aroma: tart apples, lactic sourness,
Appearance: clear yellow color.
Taste: high sourness, flavour of tart apples, note of vinegar.
Palate: light body, high carbonation.
Overall: Ok-ish , dont like this vinegar note tho.
3.5Bottle from Maria, Kraków. Very pale, cloudy, almost no head. Aroma is raspberry, a bit of coriander. Lightly sour - mild, pleasant, not aggressive. Light body, easy to drink. Very good.

Tap. Lightly hazy, yellow, small white head. Strange aroma of coriander, pickles, wheat. Taste is heavy sour. Dough, malts, yeast, sauerkraut, kefir. Light to medium body, average carbonation.
Odd, but good.
3.4Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Slightly cloudy, pale straw colored. AROMA- sour, fermented. FLAVOR- very sour, touch of pickled cucumbers. Light to medium bodied.
Odd and tasty.
2.2Пиво очень "на любителя". Если не готовы пробовать что-то необычное, лучше не рисковать, дабы не испортить настроение. Кислый аромат, кислый вкус, слегка терпкий, солод почти не чуствуется, хмель не ощущается.
3.3Draught. Frothy white good mostly deminishing head. Greenish yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moldy citrus notes. Moderate bitter flavor. Mold/citrus/hops. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.
3.333cl bottle from Beer52.com. A cloudy pale straw colour with no head but moderate carbonation; apple aroma; sharply sour fruity taste with a bready body; and a tart dry finish. Tart, crisp and fresh.
3.5Tap. Lemon juice colour, minimal head. Aroma: strong lactic sourness, walnut. Light body. Medium sour taste. Lactose. Bread, sour fruit. I should have had it in the hangover morning. This one would wake up the dead.
3.3In the nose musky bread, maybe even some nuts, hay, in the taste intensely sour, citrusy. Lo carbo no head. I think somewhat underrated on here (56/100 now)
3.3Draft. An unclear yellow beer with next to no head. The aroma has notes of lemons, lacto, and straw. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, pears, lacto, and straw, leading to a tart finish.
1.8Bottle from Beer 52, smells bad, real bad, only thing worse is it's taste, tastes more like cider than beer so if that's your thing this is for you.
2.9Bottle. Color: Pale golf, fast disappearing white head. Taste: Starting medium sour with sweet notes, hints of yeast, fruity. After a short moment the taste is almost gone at once and the beer gets very watery, with an unpleasant mouthfeel. Below medium body and carbonation. Nice try, but could have more body in my opinion.
3.0Pours hazy, pale yellow.
Grainy nose with a cider feel.
Tart citrus with a small amount of grain in the finish.
Just okay.
3.2Light cloudy light yellow color aromas of light tart wheat, light lemon and a touch of hay. Flavors are the same, mediocre overall.
3.5330ml bottle. Cloudy golden, small white head. Sour, fruity aroma, flavour is sour too. Refreshing
3.2On tap at Final Gravity. Pours cloudy white gold with a modest white head and a sour fruit aroma. There is a light wheat malt flavor with not a lot in it.
3.6Golden pour. Aroma and flavor lightly funky and dry. Lemons and wheat and barn. A little on the thin side, but better than its scores so far IMHO.
3.2Light, lemony taste with a hint of funk at the finish. Moderate, crisp carbonation. Though it’s not the most unique brew from Wild Beer Co, still quite refreshing; I was surprised this got such low ratings.
3.6Tap at TCBW. Pours golden yellow. Aroma is sour, fruity, bretty. Flavor follows the nose. Body is on the thin side. Overall: I like bretty beers, so this is good.
3.3On tap at TCBW 2017. Pale yellow colour. Moderate white head. Sourness, slight earthiness, acidity, herbal notes in the aroma. Herbal notes at the beginning. Slightly dry and sour in the middle. Acidic and herbal finish. Light bodied, quite ok berliner which reminds sour wild ale.
3.0pours from bottle gold .. foam was impressive .. tart wheat and barn buddy smell .. pinkies .. mouth is airy, a bit stale on the end .. decent but not really berlinner .. . . please help the staff by picking up your trash and not breaking wind.
