4.0 Bottle 33 cl. Yellow with an orange glow and a beautiful white top. Medium carbonation. Aroma of hops, spices, citrus fruits. The taste is mildly sweet at first and turns slowly in a mild bitterness that increases in the aftertaste. Nice beer!
3.4 Met Pjé @ Pjé 30/10/15
3.1 33cl bottle; BB 11th Jun 2020. Poured into a Leffe chalice at home on 10th Feb 2019. Left the sediment in the bottle, so got a clear golden bodied beer with a decent white crown on top. Fairly sweet blond with a light fruitiness in both the nose and taste, OK, but doesn't stand out from the crowd.
2.9 Dec 2018. 330ml brown bottle, unfiltered, from BeerWulf. Refreshing blond beer with tropical fruit notes. Quite tasty without being especially interesting. Attractive yeasty notes. Quite drinkable, but a little thin, like a lager.
3.2 Hazy orange liquid, small head. Weak aroma of iron. Light body, strong carbonation. Taste is sweet, iron.
3.1 Bottle shared at home - Light golden pour with small white head. Sweet fruity and malty with notes of lemon, some light malty and fruity accents, medium body, light sweet malty finish.
2.9 33 cl. bottle. A hazy golden coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of hops, spice, yeast, malt, fruit, sugar and sweetness.
3.2 6 3 7 3 13 Draft at Kleine Deugniet, Alkmaar. Clear golden orange with a thick white head in a silly glass. Aroma of yeast, herbal notes, caramel and malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
4.0 Fles 33cl thuis. Wat rood fruit, bloemig, bitters, wat zacht, licht kruidig, yeasty. (5-2016).
2.9 29-03-2018; bottle; at home (can't remember where it was bought). The looks of the beer are nothing special. The beer has a golden yellow color, approaching light amber. The beer has some cloudiness to it. On topo of the beer a thick layer of rough, frothy white foam is formed. The foam collapses quit quickly. A rough drape is left. The smell of the beer is adequate. It isn't very special. There are some sweet malts present, together with some fruity notes. Hops provide some bitter herbal notes. There might be a spicy yeast note. Unfortunately, the smell has a touch of metal. This could be beter. The taste of the beer is fine. The malts are quite sweet. Hops are pretty bitter and herbal. The yeast gives a sweet fruity thing, and also a slightly bitter spicy note. Overal, the taste is a tiny bit to watery. The palate of the beer is average. Medium-light body, dry and even slightly sticky texture and high carbonation. The finish isn't great. It is dry, and a bit simple. There are just some simple sweet hints of malts and some bitters of hops, with in the far end nice fresh hop note... Could be better.
3.3 Orange, a bit red. Hazy. Aroma dominated by yeastiness and berries. Taste has strawberries, rasberries. Very little bitterness at the end.
Drinkt goed weg. Schuimkraag is goed.
3.5 Aroma: zoet, moutig, gist.
3.2 33 cl bottle @ home. Golden yellow beer with orange shine and nice white head. Malty aroma with a hint of fruits that slightly remind of a cider. Taste is likewise, vivid palate.
3.3 On tap at De Bonte Koe Leiden. Crazy wide glass. Clear amber colour lasting beige head. It’s a slightly amber Belgian ale. Some esters some sweetness from the malt. Perfectly acceptable. Yes some good yeast character. Some light hop and bitterness on the finish but it is there. Its fine.
3.3 F: big, off-white, pretty stable. C: light hazy, orange amber. A: malt, apples, peach, perfume, hint of orange, floral hops. T: malty, grassy, dusty, toast, candy sugar, soapy, hint of orange peels, hint of peppery, medium to moderate full body, lively carbonation, good tasty beer, 0,33l bottle from De Keyzer Drinks.
3.2 Flesje thuis gedronken.
2.9 Bottle at home. Cloudy golden colour, big foamy white head. Typical blonde maltiness, sweet, grainy: meh. Lively carbonation, medium body.
3.5 330ml bottle (One Pint, Helsinki) Sweet soft malty aroma, classic belgian blond. Mid orange, nice persistent head. Taste lovely and soft, some vanilla, light grains, perfumey hops. Utterly classic belgian blond. With the yeasy part it’s even mellower. Super soft mellow perfumey vanillaey belgian ale. I’m out of words, just try this yourself, and then you’ll know how good it is.
3.5 A small taste from a friend (bottle) @ One Pint Pub. Pours cloudy amber with a high head. Aroma is sweet malts and banana. Flavor is sweet malts, banana and some hops. Quite nice.
3.5 Bottled. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, mildly spicy yeast as well as some sweet malts to it as well. Flavour is fruity, wooden, floral and some mild floral and bready notes to it. Wellbalanced and quite tasty.
