This Lager / IPA hybrid is a revolution in refreshment and flavour. All the crisp clean notes of the finest lager but with the discrete bitter finish of a well-balanced IPA. It’s not confused about what it wants’ to be, it’s just the best of both worlds.
3.1Tight foamy white head on a pale golden highly carbonated body.
Minimal aroma of grain, grass & faint malt.
Medium bodied, airy in the mouth with a sharp clean back.
Pale malt, grass & grain tastes to the fore with a tangy, bitter hop finish.
3.6500ml bottle in 2016. Mid golden with a thin white head. Aroma of straw, tropical fruit and candied peal. Nice fresh hoppy flavours with rising malty contrast for sweetish finish.
2.4More IPA than lager, too hoppy
3.2500ml bottle. Gushed a clear golden colour. Lost about 1/3 of the bottle. The aroma is grainy malt, light cardboard, zesty citrus, light fake sugar. The flavour is moderate sweet, light bitter, with a light, watery, citrus fruit, light dry hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
2.8The flavor is not very strong: Hops (tropical fruits)
Taste is weak, hop (fruit and needles)
The aftertaste is hop bit bitter.

2.8Bottle on Christmas Eve. Pours fizzy yellow with a thin soapy reducing head. The aroma is hop forward as is the taste which adds in extra floral notes with a grassy backbone. The taste is crisp on the palate with a lingering bitterness. Overall, this is an enjoyable brew however it is more of an IPA than a lager but is trying to be combination of both which it fails to do.
3.5Light, not overly complex, gentle citrus and bitterness. Better on draft than in bottle.
2.5Had many times before from Tesco had at home in Oct 18 ok larger.
3.1A light crisp drinker, but has a slightly bitter aftertaste, good golden colour but I wouldn’t class it a Lager hybrid
3.8Robe paille limpide, mousse correcte, grosse carbo.
3.6Bottle, medium stable fluffy head, clear dark gold colour, aroma of herbs and vanila, citrus lemon flavour with a very light bready maltiness and a mellow medium bitterness, very long and lingering lemony aftertaste. Very nice and really crisp.
3.0Bottle. Light, veering on watery, rather bitter, dryish, refreshing brew. Wouldn't say exactly balanced in a way that the (citric) bitterness doesn't bite, it does, and there's not much to back even the little IBU-s... Alright still, especially after a long day out.
3.8Bottle shared with TO on board Baluba 20.05.18. Clear golden. White head and lacing. Refreshing aroma and taste of lemon, lime, succade, fresh grass and meadows. Crisp mouthfeel. Very quaffable.
3.4Bottle @ You’ll Never Walk Alone, Kolding, to celebrate my completion of a course in Roman History. Pours clear golden with rocky but stable white head. Clear aroma of Hops and citrus, with notes of yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and grass, with sweetish notes of yeast and malt and mild citric touches. Estery and mildly bitter aftertaste. Quite refreshing and not bad for the style.
3.6Can. Clear very pale yellow colour. Strong citrus flavour with sharp hoppy bitter finish.
4.4Lovely beer. 500ml from Aldi. New style label. Exp 07/2019. Another excellent Williams Bros beer. Not even a hint of that harsh generic lager taste that I despise so much. Up there with the best. Will buy again. And again. And again.
3.20.33 l can, thanks to my family. Pours hazy, pale yellow and foamy white head. Nose is bitter hoppy with a detectable "lager aroma" beneath it. Taste is citrusy and grassy with a gentle bitter tone. Short bitter finish, light body and average carbo, Not bad.
3.6Notes of orange peel and beautiful after taste engulfs the senses.
If you can find it in draught it makes a very drinkable pint!
3.6Bottle from Hugh. Tastes light Ale fresh with delicate hopping. Refreshing, drinkable. Nice beer.
4.0a very refreshing beer. being a lager/ipa is very well balanced betwen maltz and fruity flavour. it is not the best ipa an not the best lager but definetly the best lager/ipa mix.
2.4Bottle from stockmann, helsinki. Pours clear loght golden with an small head. Aroma is grassy, bitterish with some hops. Flavour is similar, on the thinner side. Bitterish finish
3.2Light golden straw color, white head. Fruity nose with notes of passion fruit, apple and grapes, light malty, hint of solvent. Light malty taste, fruity notes, minerals, light bitterness, nothing near an IPA. Light body, soft to average carbonation.
4.3Refreshing, citrusy, just delicious. You won't go back to lager after tasting this.
3.1500ml bottle from internet. Pours golden - yellow with thick white head. Aroma Hops citrus with a touch of grass. Taste hint of sweetness but mostly dry bitter.
2.8500ml bottle. Clear golden yellow beer, medium soapy white head. Nose is hops, biscuity malt, herbal and citric notes. Flavor is hops forward, citrus, something vegetal. Hops and grainy malt in the finish. Lingering grapefruit peel plus grainy sour notes. Somewhat fizzy mouthfeel. Easy drinkin', but not balanced.
