3.3 The aroma is strong. Flowers, hops. Taste Malt with Peel and Flowers The finish is tart with bitterness.
3.3 Bottiglia.
2.3 Bottle. Clear golden color with creamy white head. Aroma is grainy, cardboardy, light yeast. Taste is grainy, sugar icing. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Not great.
4.0 0.5 l bottle from K-supermarket Ruoholahti. Tastes like a very good German lager. All the ingredients seem to cancel each other out.
4.0 (16/04/19) 500ml bottle. Pours dark golden with a two finger off white head. Very floral aroma, some grass, some citrus. Pleasant taste with fruity hops, floral elements and a malt backbone. Good mouthfeel. Pleasant mild lingering bitterness. Quite complex but well balanced - none of the flavours are overpowering. It does a lot of things, but does them well. Feels like a cross between a traditional British IPA and a traditional bitter. And it works.
2.8 Aroma; fruit, minerals, wellwater, pale nutty malt. Look; off white head, golden body. Taste; barky hops, fruit, wood, caramel malts, - nice blended tail. Feel; ok body, ok co². Overall; not bäd. [tasted@Dům]
3.6 Williams Brothers Brewing Seven Giraffes 5.1%. Golden, citrus and elderflower aroma, light bodied, pale malt, biscuit malt, slightly wheaty, citrusy, lemon, elderflower, hint of banana, long finish with complex flavours. Incredible, interesting IPA, from Alloa, that uses 7 varieties of malted barley 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
3.5 Robe or sombre, mat. Ensemble fort original.
1.4 Clear golden liquid, hardly any head. Weak aroma of grains. Light body, little bit carbonation. Taste is bitter.
2.8 Perusbrittiä
3.8 Aroma sitrus, aprikos, eple, humle, malt, gress. Utseende uklar gul til gylden med offwhite skum. Smak appelsin, sitron, aprikos, humle, malt. Middels fyldig med god fruktighet og bitterhet. Boks delt av DjOeye, 33cl 5,1%
2.9 Canned. Poured clear golden with a thin white head. Lovely citrus hoppy and floral aroma. Flavor is lots of citrus with some grassy notes, bitter finish. Thin, but quite enjoyable. could well have this as a session beer anytime.
3.6 500ml bottle (5.1%) at home on 13 May 2018, from Morrisons, Ayr (bb 30 Sep 2019): bready, grain aroma, good bubbly off-white head, floral, caramel, grain flavour, oily, sweet malty aftertaste.
3.0 A golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has wood, some fruitness, hint of biscuit, should be fresher. Taste has wood, grain, hint of fruitness, quite mild bitterness, but not sweet. Medium bodied, slighlty fluffy palate is the best part of this beer. Should be fresher, now I'm not inspirating of this beer.
2.5 9/20 elderflower comes through strongly against a malty background. bit watery but alright for a lager
3.6 Straight from bottle. Aroma & taste: fine floral / spicy hops, citrus, clean biscuit malts. Light to medium bitterness. Light to medium body. Nice ale
3.8 Quite like this, very malty with a hoppy aftertaste. Not too strong but strong enough!
3.6 Bottle at Glasgow airport Wetherspoons. Little head, gassy and amber. Light citrus aroma. Citrus, butter, and spice on the palate, reasonably complex, with decent body. Actually pretty good.
3.3 Bottle. Backlog rating from bottle collection and historic scoring. Source not recorded. No tasting notes kept, just rating.
3.4 Pours a pale blonde colour. Taste is quite fliral with some citrus. Honey like taste on the palate. Quite good
3.6 "Refreshing, aromatic and moreish beer" is what THEY said) Accidentally forgot to take some notes while tasting)
3.3 Had this in October 2010 but never rated it here! Malt, citrus, elderflower and lemon zest. A touch of coffe and chocolate.
3.4 Bottle. Amber Gold. Tangy, floral, spicy, peppery, lemon-citrus hops over malty base (caramel & biscuity) with subtle elderflower notes. Good hop/malt balance. Long dry hop bitter finish. Refreshing & aromatic beer. Very nice! (2008)
3.0 Bottled 500ml. -from 8 a Huit Val Thorens. Pale golden coloured, small white head, big bubbles of carbonation, whiff of elder in the nose. Malty, light fruity hoppy, notes of elderflower and vegetables with notes of caramel in the finish. Nothing special here.
3.7 Bottle from JDW at Edinburgh Airport. Good balance of piney hop, some grains, a hint of spice and really refreshing citrus. Highly enjoyable beer.
2.3 05l bottle. Pours golden yellow colour with medium size white head with cloudy content. Aroma of lemon, pine, carrots. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Medium body, thick feel, short lasting bitter aftertaste
4.0 Pours gold with a white head. Malty caramel, floral slightly fruity and hopy on the nose. Medium mouth feel. Big Spruce pine and cone hop bitterness. Lovely, been a favourite for years. Aldi £1.49.
3.5 Clean gold. Thin head, low retention. Aroma intensity 3.25/5. Hoppy aroma, with notes of tangerine. Cereals in the medium-heavy bitter taste. Light to medium body
3.7 Dark with a a pleasant aroma, strong after taste. Good full head that lasts, very apealing apearance. Dark sweet fruits, some citrus, well balanced, a bit dry.
