Boom! The soft waters of Pilsen. Czech Republic birthed this classic style centuries ago & the waters from the Artesian wells in Memphis are perfect to create our own version today. Pow! This beer is made with german and American pilsner malt and is spiked with 50 lbs. of local wildflower honey. 2.7 Can. Crisp and clean with a sweet malty twist, this is a good ol' 'Merican beer. On the light side, little heft, no head. Smashable though. (#8249, 5/2022)
2.8 Straightforward pilsner, not strong like Heineken though, smoother and more subtle on taste...lightly peppery and that's about it...low malt and hops flavor, but not watery...good mouthfeel for how light...had a weco for lunch as just announced that the US is out of the pandemic phase... US deaths at 992k, only 23 deaths yesterday
2.7 Can. Almost all bread and grain with some lemon on the nose and grass and bitter hops taste. Nothing special but a decent pils.
3.6 On tap. Pours a light golden color with a white head. Aroma of grass and citrus. Taste of light malt sweetness, grass and citrus. Mild bitterness and a clean finish. Fairly light body, crisp and clean with a subtle touch of honey. Nice.

3.1 Draft at B.B. King’s in Memphis. Poured clear golden with a white head. Aroma of honey, floral, grains. Taste was mild sweet, honey, flowers, light hop bitterness.
3.2 Tap, Hyatt Centric Memphis. Pours gooden, clear, absolutely fabulous head. White, creamy, tiny bubbles. Light aroma of hops, grain and sweet honey. Taste is pretty good, crisp, light hop back end. No defects. Carbonation is high. Overall, a nice drinkable lager. Not really in the Pilsner style (needs more malt and more hops), but pretty good nevertheless.
3.6 Pretty nice pilsener. Lots of great noble hops. Golden pour with decent head. Good malt body. Crisp finish. Can.
2.9 Clear, bright yellow, thin white head. Bad tallboy. Malty aroma and flavor. Low IBUs. Marriott, Alcoa.
3.2 From a 12 oz can. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head. Aromas of crackers. Flavors are moderately sweet with negligible hop bitterness.
3.9 On tap at Hops & Pie poured a clear gold with a small lasting creamy white head. Aromas of bread, earthiness and noble hops. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of bread, noble hops and light earthiness with a crisp dry finish.
3.5 Clear bright golden appearance with white foam. Aroma of toasted grain and light herbal/floral notes. Similar taste, malty and clean with light hop bitterness. Light to medium body with an easy finish. Good pils overall.
2.8 Can. Head is initially small, frothy/fizzy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain/bread), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs), with light notes of honey and DMS. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Light to medium body, watery/syrupy texture, lively carbonation. Surprisingly sweet, without much of anything to balance. Kinda syrupy-flabby too. The aroma is really the only redeeming factor, which just suffers from a little bit of DMS. And that's kinda sad because if this were crisp/bitter and fluffy, it would be a decent little quaffer. Oh well.
3.7 Draft at city tap. Down gold beer with a fluffy white head. Nose is pale malt and some fruit. Tastes of biscuits, minerals, green apple, strawberry leaf. Crisp
2.6 Pours wan yellow with a thick and frothy porcelain head. Aroma provides crisp malt with hints of apple and woody hops. Flavor offers more of these, especially malt, and a little hoppy bitterness. Texture gives so-so body and OK fizz. A tiny bomb - but good for a party.
3.3 A golden pils with a thin white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with German hops, light mineral notes, classic. In mouth, a nice biscuit malt with German hops, light mineral notes, nice and smooth. On tap at DLD 2019.
3.4 12 oz can pours a clear light golden color with moderate white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma has the usual crackery grains and biscuits, with some floral hops. Taste is slightly sweet with a drier finish. Body is light with soft carbonation and a crisp mouthfeel. This is a refreshing, easy-to-drink pilsener that gets everything right for the style.
2.5 Pours a a clear light golden color with a short white head. Green grape a malted grain nose. Flavors are similar. Pleasant mouthfeel.
3.3 3/9/19 - Little Rock, AR - The Fold Restaurant - 12 oz can. Slight haze to the light golden pour, nice snow white head, plenty of lace. Honey sweet aroma, hints of grain, crisp flavor, no flaws, great companion to the spicy food I had. Crisp mouthfeel.
3.1 Decent Pilsner, admittedly not my style. Funny aftertaste but other than that it’s solid.
3.8 Clear bright golden under a thick foamy white head. Clean aroma bags lightly crackery and lightly grassy. Smooth crisp flavor that’s dry and pale and crackery and clean. Super clean. Very delicate.
3.1 Draught. Pours clear pale yellow with a medium, frothy white head, short retention. Medium grainy sweet and corn malt, light hop bitterness and a dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.
3.2 Where and how: can @ - Great Trip South Aroma mellow feel, mild, even muted. Appearance : Top: medium white top, some lace on glass. Long lived. Base: fine haze on pale gold Palate: medium bodied, average carbonation, shorter finish. Taste: clean, classic lager, crisp with good malty backbone. Tasty creation.
3.1 This and the IPA was marked down on clearance about a year ago at Total Wine and More in Orlando, FL. I was a hesitant so just paid a good price for two singles. Didn't find the IPA that great, so this sat on the shelf pretty much through almost 2 summers. Thought it would be bad, but finally cracked and opened this pilsner. Still seemed ok to me, refreshing for the hot summer weather. Grassy and banana flavors....almost like a hef but lighter in body and feel. Has a semi-cloudy medium yellow appearance. About average for the style.
3.2 Draft. Pours bright, slightly hazy gold with white head and lacing. Light cracker malt aroma with light citrus notes. Light cracker malt with some citrus notes.
3.6 Draft at Von Elrods. Pours clear gold with a fizzy, bubbly white head. Tastes like doughy malt, citrus hops, some corn, and grass. Light body and low/medium carbonation. Smells like doughy malt, corn, citrus hops, and grass.
