3.0sweet and highly carbonated. nice aroma. smooth, but sugary and heavy on the gut. can’t do more than 1.
3.82015 BJCP Category: C1A New World Cider
AROMA: More sweet than dry (medium to med-dry range). Clean red apple aroma. Faint acid. 8/12
APPEARANCE: Golden/light amber hue. Near brilliant clarity. Slow steady CO2 visible. Small white foam and trace lacing. 3/3
FLAVOR: Sweeter palette than nose would suggest (but in no way cloying). Taste is akin to standard apple juice; no spices or additives. Light tartness/acidity on the backend with mostly clean finish. 15/20
MOUTHFEEL: Medium-light body; low carbonation. Extremely smooth and refreshing. No linger acidity. 4/5
OVERALL IMPRESSION: Pretty much everything you expect in a standard hard cider. Solid, to-spec, and highly drinkable. 8/10
TOTAL SCORE: 38/50
1.9This is a very generic cider with a pale amber appearance. Aroma is sweet apple. Flavor is like nose plus the carbonic tang and not much else. Finish is fairly short and like flavor. Boring.
3.9poured from a 12 OZ bottle into a pint glass. Has a fairly crisp flavor but is very sweet. Not a bad cider.
3.0The measuring stick by which ciders should be compared. By that I mean, a true baseline-- aroma is a champagne-like apple. Headless pour, with a middle-of-the-road sweetness that is just sweet enough to not overwhelm. A bit sticky on the palate, almost syrupy. Not too sharp. A hint of tartness on the backend.
3.4Bottled@Black Door, Helsinki. Golden colour, no head. aroma is apple, some sweetness, mild nectar and wood. Flavour is apples, some mild green apple skins as well as quite sugary notes. Flavour is similar. A bit too sugary, but while it was fridge cold it was atleast refreshing.
3.212 oz. bottle. Pours apple juice color. Aroma and taste are both apple juice. Good if you’re in the mood for cider.
3.2355ml bottle @ ALB bar, Shrewsbury. Not sure if this was a seperate entry, as it’s from a bottle, but can’t be bothered entering a new one. Pours fairly clear gold, white bubbly head. Sweet apple aroma. Taste is smooth, slick with a syrupy sweet cider character. Pleasant, easy-drinking. Decent.
3.0Bottle from Brains Wines, Netherton. Golden amber cider, some light carbonation. Aroma of apple juice. Taste is sweet apple juice and a little wood. Pretty run of the mill sweet cider.
3.412 oz. bottle. Pours golden with no head. Aroma of apple juice and sweetness. Taste was same, sweet apple juice.
3.0Lots of carbonation slightly sour not as sweat as the other ciders out there, thought it was okay.
2.8pours hazy very light golden without a head, shy bubbles. dusty melamined apples, mid-sweet and mid-tart apples, pears - slightly perfumey; few but present rotten fruit notes, yeast - not quite champagne as advertised. light carbonation - could be brighter; light body; semi-sweet and very lightly tart fruity finish. nod bad or anything. just an honest entry level cider.
3.0A nice cider! Has fresh and crisp apple taste and nice notes of sugar and champagne. Yum!
2.7Clear amber color, still. Aroma of apple juice. Taste is similar, with subtle edge of citrus. Plain.
2.7Rated based on notes taken 10 Jun 2012 -- Eh, it’s a cider. It’s well made. Not as good as my home brewed stuff though!
2.0Bottle. Light amber color with a mild aroma apple. Light carbonation with some apple flavor but there is some dryness to help with the sweetness of the apples It isn’t so sweet that it tastes like a fake apple juice. I liked this.
3.2Old rating. Bottle from Old Town. Musty apple aroma with with some wood as well on the nose. Taste is all apples. A little sweet but not too much so. Not a bad mainstream cider.
3.4Bottle@stones. Coppery amber, clear. Red apples, zesty fresh. Sweet med light bodied. Some seedyness, not much. Sweet red, easy drink. A very easy, slight kiddy drink. Really clean. Doesnt feel artificial though.

3.7THIS BEERS IS OK CEDDAR I LIKE TO DRINK WOODCHUK. TASTES GOOD/NOT TO SWEET. I DONT’ LIKE FRUIT BEERS BUTT THIS ONE IS GOOD BECAUSE THE FRUIT FLAVER ISNT’ SO STRONG. JUST A LITTLE APPEL FLAVER? WHEN I GO TO A PLASE WHAT DOSE NOT HAVE PLINY (MY BEST FAVERITE BEER) LIKE THE BOWLING ALLY OR ELKS-LOG OR GLOW IN THE DARK BLACK LITE ROLERBLADEING THEN I CAN AT LEAST DRINK CEDDAR.
3.4Draft at Bender's. Nice amber color, awesome apple aroma and taste! Very drinkable and refreshing cider.
2.612 oz bottle at home. Pours a clear pale yellow color with no head. The aroma and flavor have sweet apple juice with a mold tart character, not much else. Many non alcoholic ciders have better flavor.
2.7355ml bottle 5% aroma of ripe apples with a toffee caramel finish, very little carbonation and amber colour. Taste is of ripe apples, extremely sweet with a kick of spice and bourbon type flavour. Slight carbonation on the tongue. Overall I consider tgere has been far too much sugar added to consider this a craft cider.
3.3A cider with a bit of a bite. Strong apple taste, but goes down smooth. Substantially better from a tap than a bottle.
1.5355ml bottle. Cidre pour, definite apple juicy cidre, definite soda notes, sweet and unappealing.
2.7Pours a golden yellow with no head. Aroma is all apples. Very sweet cider. Medium bodied.
2.9"I like the lively yet refined feel the yeast gives this one, otherwise a pretty standard cider. Smells and tastes of musty apples. A little on the sweet side, but nice overall..."
4.012oz bottle. Not bad, not great either. Aroma is mainly of apples. Appearance is a golden yellow with a lacy head. Taste is primarily apples and a bit of yeast, pretty sweet. Medium bodied, kinda juice like almost. Overall it’s a pretty easy drinking cider and a good easily accesible starting point into the world of cider.
4.6This is the only cider I drink (except other specific Woodchuck varieties). This doesn’t have the bad aftertaste of Angry Orchard, or is missing the true apple flavor like Crispin. This beer, although slightly sweet, is what "hard cider" is meant to be. Crisp, nice apple flavor, and refreshing.
3.6This is about the only cider i drink. Crisp taste. Good aroma. This is about the best cider i have had.
