An iconic American lager famous for its rich amber color and medium-bodied flavor - with a roasted caramel malt for a subtle sweetness and a combination of cluster and cascade hops, this true original delivers a well-balanced taste with very distinct character.

1.1Yuengling Lager made in Pottsville, PA was one of my last resort beers as most beers they sell around here are the mass consumer garbage with no alcohol in it. Things have changed in Pottsville I guess because this beer absolutely sucks now. Smells like swamp water, tastes like water with a drop of bitters, it tastes like they stripped the alcohol out sort of like that cutting taste from PBR, if you know what I mean, has no intoxicating effect whatsoever, makes you feel sick, and will give you a hangover. Don't waste your money. I would rather try PBR as this is worse than that now.
1.6Canned in East Austin dive bar. Malty, bland, some caramel notes, stinks a bit, barely drinkable, had some trouble finishing it.
2.4Bottle at the Airbnb in Marigot. Copper pour with a thin head. Totally unoffensive lager but also painfully mediocre with barely any noticeable characteristics. Meh.
3.3Carmel malty base beer with the lagerish funk aroma and some in the flavor. Crisp refreshing lager with a bit more substance in the base beer than a normal lager and the red Carmel malty is nice as well. Descent beer. Drinkable.
3.10,33l bottle, enjoyed straight out of the bottle. Easily drinkable caramel malt lager, with some hops too. Not bad.
3.8Gold pour. Thin foam. Sweet flavor of malt and hops. Clean and easy drinking . Nutty malt palate with easy carbonation.
2.1Lager americana, rica y fresca. Facil de beber y muy veraniega.

2.712Mar2022 Sweet grain and cereal malts, caramel, molasses, bread. Clear, dark gold, medium, creamy, white head. Medium sweet. Sweet grain and cereal malts, caramel, molasses, bread, straw, med carb, med bod. Sweet and boring, exceptionally inoffensive though. Bottle from ABC Fine Wine & Spirits - Bradenton.
3.7Very drinkable. A go to lager at a nice price

3.7Medium to light flavored beer. Pleasant dry taste. Metallic like flavored lager
2.4Light golden pour from 16 oz. can. High carbonation with fizzy white head that quickly dissipated. Nose is subtle malted cereal grains with some grassy and faint floral notes. Some toasted caramel and funky corn adjunct. Light body. There are some funky notes in the nose and taste that are hard to place. Maybe my can wasnβt fresh? Slightly funky but moderately thirst-quenching.
3.024 oz can served in a shaker- poured a transparent light copper color, medium carbonation, no head. Aroma of faint malt, and a fraction of hops. Hits the mouth with a medium body, malt is tasty, middle holds up well, finish is sweet. Decent.
2.4Le falta cuerpo
5.0Regular lager. Not one of my favorites. But when you want a beer and this is your brand then thatβs fine too. Cheers.
3.2Extra points just for pure nostalgia
3.8Poured from a 24 oz can into a glass.
Half a finger of off white head.
A nice dark amber color.
Smell of bread.
Nice carbonation.
Taste the bread and corn.
Not much bitterness.
Overall very pleasurable.
4.1Outstanding. Perfect for grilling outside in scorching hot Texas
3.0Yuengling finally being distributed locally, I bought the first can I ever saw a week ago at the local beer store. Thoroughly cooled off, the 12 oz can I see poured into a likewise chilled shaker glass. I see a copper-colored liquid finished by a powerful head of light tan foam. The smell is grain and perhaps a touch of caramel. The taste follows what I encounter from practically all amber lagers: malt, grain, water and a small sweetness. Not the best of the style. Not the worst either, somewhere in the middle.
3.4Medium amber with excellent clarity. Light carbonation with a fast diminishing head. Light malt aroma with a medium body and slightly dry taste. Clean dry finish. I noticed the new display in my grocery store right off the bat since it has not been unavailable in Texas. Molson is contract brewing this beer in Fort Worth for the Texas market.
2.9Old rating - 355ml bottle, pours amber with a white head. Aromas & tastes of caramel, grain, bread & malt. Moderate body. Light bitter finish
4.1My go to. Works in almost any situation with any food.
2.135,5cl Bottle @ Drinks of The World, Geneva, Switzerland.
Amber colour with a thin white head.
Aroma is malt, straw.
Taste is malt, sweet, bread.
Medium to light body, average carbonation.
3.3Nice amber color. Not much aroma. Very well balanced. Certainly a decent beer, but special only because of its history.
3.3Classic Economic Beer
3.1Medium amber, no head. Mellow and smooth, light body. A bit more spicy than I remembered. I like that it goes with almost any food - pizza, burgers, Mexican or Indian - not kebabs or steak though, those need something more assertive. And not sushi. Personally I like to add a lemon wedge as if it was a Mexican beer, try it!
1.4Pours a rich honey color, with an off-white head and great lacing. Very little aroma on the nose, with a highly aqueous palate.
3.0hauy amber colour, medium sized creamy beige-ish off white head; aroma of sweat, wet cardboard, metallic, some grassy, minimal grainy and toasted rye bread notes; taste of malty-caramel sweetness, slight roasted, metallic and minimal sourish notes; objectively it is not good at all (though drinkable), BUT I cannot disregard the events of this week - BIG THANKS TO PENNSYLVANIA! :)
