4.0 golden colour with thin foam forming at the top. Hints of malt with a strong refreshing finish that will leave you craving for another helping.
4.9 Golden colored beer with white quick disappearing foam if poured incorrectly. Aroma is malty Taste is exceptional malty, organic, sweet and unique. Beer so good that they had to name a whole river after it.
2.8 LCI van gisteren. Land #128: Zimbabwe 🇿🇼. Dank Fredrik W. voor het regelen. Behalve dat het uit Zimbabwe komt is het verder niet bijzonder. Krap voldoende. Na 10km loop smaakt het best ok.
1.6 Tried this at Vic Falls. Typical world pale lager, meeting minimum requirements to be a drinkable beer. Hadn't suffered from light damage due to green bottle. Slightly more bitter than sweet, strong carbonation. Served the purpose.
1.1 Rating copied from Untappd. Acquired in a trade with a stranger from England. Had on 9 jan 2021.
2.5 "The beer is clear golden in colour with a very thin foam head. It doesn’t smell of much other than a little malt. Luckily there is more taste than smell. Starts of with a malty bitterness before it ends on the sweet side. Very short finish though as the sweetness dissipates. Not the best African beer, but not the worst either." - beersoftheworldproject.wordpress.com Date: 05/02/2021 Bought at: My Hippo Store in St. Albans, England.

3.7 The sun, the wind, the great outdoors! Full bodied beer. Awesome smell. Malts, maize and hops blend together! Drinkable! An everyday beer! It can be best paired with roast chicken wings, burgers and meat deluxe pizza! However, compared with its older sibling the Golden Pilsener, Zambezi Lager lacks character. Fans of Tsingtao Beer will definitely love this beer.
4.5 Definitely my favorite of the African brewed beers. Worth the try🙂. Great smell - balances well on the palate. Easy going.
4.5 Awesome beer! Sweet smell, smooth and ideal on a nice hot day with company that’s at least half decent. Yellow in color, with a thick white head.
3.4 Big 'ups' to SarkyNorthener for sharing this gem. Cheers Martin!! 330ml can pours with a clear gold body that supports a thin white head of foam. The aroma offers up corn like notes blended into faint pale malts. The taste delivers a blend of corn and apple to pear sweet fruity esters. Nice.
