Šest vrsta specijalnih sladova dopunili smo plemenitom sortom hmelja i dobili aromatično pivo ugodne gorčine.

3.8 Bottle. Dark brown, almost black color with red shine, small beige head, staying for a while. Aroma is roasted malts, hints of chocolate and coffee. Taste is showing the same notes, some hops, light bitter finish. Low/medium carbonation. Nice porter.

3.5 33cl bottle at Fig Split, in Split, Croatia. Pours dark plum, practically black, with no foam. Aroma is very nice of coffee, chocolate, figs, vanilla, caramel. Body is average, with good carbonation for porter. Taste is moderately bitter, with some nice sweetness too. Finish is is not particularly long.

3.7 From my parents: pours brownish with a beige head. Aroma is chocolate, molasses and malt. Taste is sweet and chocolate. Pleasant. Good drinking.

3.4 Tamno smeđe prema crnoj boji, tanka smeđa pjena, kratkotrajna. Aroma crne čokolade, sušenog voća, naročito šljive, zagorjelosti i blago dima. Srednje gorčine, blago i slatko. Kratak gorak finiš. Vodeno-uljane teksture, srednje karbonizacije.

3.5 Brunatna barwa, piany minimalna znikajaca w mig. Aromat kawa, karmel, czekolada, sliwka, dość złożony i intensywny w miarę. W smaku podobnie, lekkie, delikatne, nie czuć jakieś mocy ale też nie jest wodniste. Solidne piwo jak na chorwackie warunki

3.9 Pours dark brown, beige head. Coffee, roast, nutty aroma. After giving it a swirl in the glass, got a dried plum aroma. Malty to taste, light coffee, plums again. Leaves fairly dry finish. Interesting one.

3.6 16 August 2018. Bottle from Konzum, Zagreb. Bed room tasting in Teslova, Ljubljana. Cheers to Anke! Pours hazy dark brown with a dissipating, frothy, beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate, raisin, toast, mocha, licorice, herbs, peanut. It tastes medium malty sweet, hints of chocolate, syrup & cream; sourish raisin accent introduces a light roasted bitterness, toast & bland coffee pad, a bit herbal. Dryish, toasty, bit herbal hoppy finish, lingering caramel & chocolate. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Recommended Croatian Porter.

3.5 Kolor brunatny z bardzo minimalną pianą. W zapachu paloność, czekolada, kawa, suszona śliwka i owoce leśne. W smaku z grubsza to samo. Piwo dość wodniste i dość mocno przegazowane, poza tym bardzo lekkie jak na portera, alkohol dobrze ukryty, pijalność wysoka. Nie spodziewałem się, że Chorwacka wersja tego stylu da radę - dała.

3.7 Beer with very nice chocolate aroma with smoked notes. Semi sweet in taste with fizzy carbonation and not strong bitterness in palate. Almost black colour body with not strong tan head. Overall good beer but in my opinion it could have more body. 🍺🍺🍺

3.7 0,33l bottle from local supermarket at Krk island, Croatia, Pours dark black liquid, medium tan to brown head, fell down quickly, Aroma: cocoa powder, chocolate, light earthy hop aroma, Taste: medium sweet, light to medium bitter, light to medium sour, chocolate, cocoa powder, light to medium hopy, light milk notes, Palate: light body, average to lively carbonation, slick mouthfeel, long chocolate roasty aftertaste, Overall: very good, enjoyed.

3.3 .33 liter bottle poured at Glam Cafe, Dubrovnik. A dark cola brown pour with a thin, fading foam head. Metallic aroma, bready malts, minimal roast. Flavor is similar. Bready malt. Mostly sweet. Slight chocolate. Porter competition is tough here. Not bad.

3.6 Botle 0,33. Very dark brown, almost black color. Coffe, chocolate and malty aroma, followed by the same taste sensation.

3.5 A pitch black beer with a quickly settling dark brown head. Nose has quite a lot of chokolate aroma accompanied by caramel and coffee notes. Moderately sweet flavor with chokolate and mild roasted notes, the finish leads to a lingering liquorice aftertaste. Somewhat high carbonation and medium-rich mouthfeel. Quite pleasant and drinkable good porter.

3.5 On tap at Fakin Craft Bar, pours a deep dark brown with a large light brown head. Aroma brings out toasted malt, with some light cocoa powder and a metallic tinge. Flavour is fairly roasted for a porter, with a nice toasted malt character and dry cocoa powder. Medium-bodied with low carbonation, making this very easy to drink. Nicely made porter.

2.8 Geruch nicht besonders intensiv, Geschmack auch nicht. Etwas Schokolade, süß und bitter. Sonst findet man nichts.

3.5 Tiefschwarz, rötlich. Geruch röstig, leicht süßlich. Wässrich im Geschmack. Nur leicht süß. Bitter zum Ende. Flach.

4.9 Porter croate de 6,5 % abv, venant de Zagreb, et qui peut aussi s'appeler tamno, c'est-à-dire sombre … on est d'accord. Mon exemplaire était à 5 mois avant sa date. Couleur noir assez prononcé, à l'opacité très forte. Mousse brun clair, soyeuse, stable à 1 mm. Arômes de très beau chocolat, ganache, café, malt choco. 1ère bouche fluide, à la belle entame malt légèrement brûlé, café. Arrière-bouche longue, fine. 2ème avec un beau café serré, pointe de charbon de bois. Arrière-bouche longue, complexe, avec du tabac. 3ème avec fruits noirs, bois brûlé, café fort. Arrière-bouche fine, stylée. Longueur avec délicatesse, précision, harmonie des saveurs, mais aussi une certaine rigueur de l'ensemble. Jambes fines, serrées, groupées. Levure très épurée, boisée, grande ligne. Alcool très bien pour le style, il maintient l’ordre. Finale très droite, pure. CONCLUSION : comme dit si bien le brasseur :"robusno je, nije sala", ce qui se comprend : elle est robuste, ce n'est pas une blague !! On est d'accord.
